Description: To specify where gate delivery plan processing occurs. Setting to N4 reduces dependencies on XPS and contributes to gate operations being able to continue if XPS is offline. Setting to XPS_SERVER reverts to N4 sending 20003 Bento requests to XPS to plan the delivery for the gate transaction. The default is N4.

XPS_SERVER - Gate delivery plan processing occurs in XPS. Use this only if you experience performance issues with gate delivery plan processing in N4.
N4 - Gate delivery plan processing occurs in N4.
